WorldFish needed evidence-based business models to build local capacity for smallholder aquaculture entrepreneurs across Myanmar's Ayeyarwady Region and Central Dry Zone.
Approach
TMA identified, analyzed, and developed training for four small-scale aquaculture business models — fish hatcheries, nurseries, grow-out farms, and feed milling — translating field research into disseminated business plan guidebooks.
