About the role

TMA is growing its presence in Vietnam and is looking for a Senior Communications Adviser to lead client counsel in the market while helping build the business itself. You'll work closely with our Bangkok team on regional accounts, with the flexibility to be based in Ho Chi Minh City on a hybrid or fully remote basis.

What you'll do

• Act as day-to-day senior counsel to corporate and brand clients on communications strategy
• Lead delivery across media relations, corporate narrative and stakeholder communications programmes
• Identify and help convert new business opportunities in Vietnam
• Partner with the wider TMA team on regional and cross-border client work

Requirements

• 10+ years' experience in a communications or PR agency preferred; strong in-house backgrounds also considered
• A track record of senior client counsel alongside hands-on programme delivery
• Comfortable contributing to new business — pitches, proposals and relationship-building
• Fluent Vietnamese and English
